Divine Celebration Party Rentals Customer Pickup & Delivery Policy

Pickup Hours:

Pickups are available Monday through Friday, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

All pickups must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by our team. Please arrive within your scheduled time slot to
avoid delays.

Delivery Hours:

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

PLEASE ensure someone is available at the location to receive the order during the delivery window. If no one is
present at the time of delivery, additional fees may apply for rescheduling or waiting time.

Important Notes:

– A valid photo ID is required for pickups.

– The customer is responsible for securing and safely transporting all items during a pickup.

– Items must be returned in the condition they were received.

– Late pickups or returns may result in additional charges.

– Any lost or damaged items will incur replacement costs.
