We serve customers in West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland. Availability depends on your event address, rental order, and schedule. Delivery fees reflect distance, order size, access, and setup requirements.
Delivery & setup

Divine handles delivery, select setup, and pickup so you can focus on the people you invited.
Setup & takedown
Tents include professional setup and takedown. Large or specialty items, including inflatables, backdrops, and photo booths, are set up by our team. Tables and chairs arrive stacked unless setup is added.
Delivery windows
Delivery is scheduled in a route-based window and confirmed the day before your event. Priority Delivery is available for a guaranteed prescheduled time window for an additional fee.
Site access
Please provide a clear, accessible path for setup and be available or leave clear placement instructions. Stairs, long walks, elevators, or difficult access may add a fee.
Weather policy
Safety comes first. Severe weather may require a rescheduled or adjusted setup. If Divine cancels an affected setup because conditions are unsafe, a rain check is issued.
Pickup
Pickup is arranged in a designated window after your event. Rentals should be ready in the condition they were delivered, free of decorations, trash, and food.
